Connection setup
Start with the accounts and permissions, then test the work your team needs to do.
Confirm your FYI plan and administrator or Automations permissions using the connection guide.
Create the credentials in FYI’s AccountKit app settings, then enter them in AccountKit’s Integrations settings. Keep these credentials private.
Confirm the automatically mapped client, test document access and set any cabinet or category AutoFile defaults your firm needs.
FYI’s guide lists Pro or Elite eligibility. An FYI administrator, or a user with the relevant Automations permission, creates the connection credentials in Automation > Apps > AccountKit. Enter those in AccountKit’s Integrations settings. Follow the current guide to confirm your plan and permissions.
Book an AccountKit demo and mention FYI. Bring a real example of the work you want to connect so the team can confirm the setup, supported actions and plan requirements for your firm.
